Talent Review - Participant Reminder function in responsive UI

We are getting an error when we try to send participant reminder in Talent Review after upgrade to RUX

We are getting below error message when we try to send participant reminder. We recently switched to new responsive UI and also upgraded to 20A. Has anyone faced similar issue?

Error message:

You can't send reminders because notifications aren't set up yet. Try again after reminder notifications are set up. (HRR-3225116)
