All Languages not Visible while defining COA segment Values

Content

Customer uses Thai languae and all COA segment values should be defined in Thai as well along with English.

So we need to define COA Segment Values in Thai language. I don't see all list of languages in Customer instance.

If I see same setup in Demo (oracle) instance and could see all langauges.

Do we have to enable any Profile or Patch to get all language list here.
