The question is regarding the PO change order which is initiated by the Preparer instead of the Requester mentioned in the requisition.The Preparer (front desk) raises a requisition for $1000 (venue hire) on behalf of the requester (Manager) which gets converted into PO $1000.The preparer then changes order using Edit Order to update the existing line of $1000 to $1500 and adds a new line for $600 (catering) with all the details including the charge account,requester (Manager) same as in the previous line.

The preparer initiated change order is approved and PO is revised with changes.Noticed there is no requisition linked to the new line 2.
