I have created a plan with front loaded monthly accrual option. When i enrolled an employee from Jan 1st 2020 and ran calculate accrual process for January, balance is calculating as expected.
But when i ran accrual process for Feb, March.. accruals not accumulating. Below are my queries on this setup.
1) Is front loaded accrual only applicable for Yearly repeating period?
2) If accrual front load wont support monthly accrual, any work around to load balance at first of the month?
I already tried incremental option but it won't suitable to my requirement. I need every month balance should be accrued on first of the month. If we use incremental method balance will be added at end of month instead of first of the month.
