Benefits Confirmation shows Inaccurate Display Name

Display Name on Confirmation for Secondary and Other incorrect

Configured the Configure Plan Type Grouping Display and change the Rate1, Rate2 and Rate3.

Display names are showing as expected in Enrollment and Review page, however in the confirmation page the display names are getting loast and defualtion to the Secondary and Other 1 as Display Names.
Any body encountered this issue and resolved? Please share.
