After an internal candidate has accepted the job offer on a requisition, the candidate goes into status "HR – Pending Manual Processing". Next step from there is as far as we can gather, to have HR use the quick link "Manage Job Offers" and process the update to the employee/contingent worker through there. However we are not having any of our candidates who has accepted the offer, show up in "Manage Job Offers". The HR user has the privilege "Address Job Offer" (otherwise the action "Manage Job Offer" isn't available) and is part of the job offer team on the
