Activating ODA in HCM SaaS application

Unable to establish chat with FADigitalAssistant (HCM)

Hello,

We get to the point where we see the widget in our HCM SaaS application (Role assigned, Profile Options set, HCM Experience Design Studio sandbox published), but unable to send any message/chat with the bot. Notice the screenshot below, where the 'Send' icon is disabled.

Also, while testing the DigitalAssistant from the Skill Tester, not getting a response when we click on 'HCM' or any other action like 'Hiring'/'Project Management' etc.

Does anybody have an idea why?
