Trying to combine Snapshot SA with Pipeline SA

Hello,

I need to combine the Pipeline SA with the Snapshot SA. "Sales - CRM Pipeline" with "Sales - CRM Opportunity Sales Stage Snapshot". I need to use the Employee Resource hierarchy from the Pipeline SA. I noticed that is not a dimension in the Snapshot SA. First question, Is this why I'm getting SQL error when try to join? They are not a common dimension. Second question, how do I filter the Snapshot data by the Employee Resource hierarchy?
