We are in the process of implementing Core HR and Recruiting in the Cloud, moving from EBS and Taleo.  For ORC, we need to choose a vendor for resume parsing as we currently don't have this functionality in Taleo.. Has anyone made a decision or implemented either of the Cloud Marketplace vendors for parsing - Talemetry or Textkernal?  Trying to do some research on cost, functionality, etc.  Any information that can be provided is greatly appreciated.
