Dunning Letter for some but not all customers are coming off the printer when they shouldnt be.

Customer set up has been reviewed but for some reason various dunning letters are coming off a printer when the user runs the Dunnings job in Cloud Fusion. In addition, we have also had a situation where same dunning letters are coming off in multiples.

The steps that are user is following are:

The Scoring job runs reguarly on a schedule and each week the dunnings job is run manually by a user. Job is "Send Dunnings Letter" . This then runs the "Dunning Delivery" job as a sub process in Saas. But for some reason the Dunning letters are apparing at the printer when they shouldnt be going to the Printer.
