Need to map resource simulation changes in Cloud

Cloud Collections to pull resource changes simulation set from EBS source

We are using SP Cloud on top of Oracle EBS source. The collections patch applied in EBS brings in the data from source. Client has many resources in source system. They use the resource shift capacity changes simulation set to specify the down time, reduced time etc. For example, they specify a particular resource is having reduced hours for a certain period of time. These changes are stored in BOM_RESOURCE_CHANGES_V in source side and are never getting collected by the Collections patch by design. Is there anyone who has this requirement ? In the wake of this how to pull the resource
