Current limitation in being able to remove, end-date, or disassociate with EE a contact that was previously designated.


I've run into this many times and wondering if anyone has found a better solution.

We know that Oracle does not allow you to end-date, delete, or dis-associate from the Worker a contact who was previously enrolled in Benefits. Obviously, this can be a sensitive issue to see in your contacts your ex-spouse or deceased relative.

Has anyone else found a better way to handle this situation? Right now the best I can find is renaming the contact and/or changing the relationship type.
