Lost data from Taleo from 2 years ago. Need help retrieving it

We are not able to find data for candidates we worked with before April 2018 in our Taleo Recruiting System. It seems that Oracle deletes these records after 730 days are completed unless you have changed the setting. We did not change it 5 years now but are looking for help to retrieve any data that can be retrieved in any form we can. Does anyone have any ideas on what we can do now?
