Fluid Recruiting - Creating Offers After the RSOFFER Step

Hi,

Does anyone create offers after the RSOFFER step in your workflow, for example if an offer was reneged?

When we renege offers, we typically do so after the offer has been accepted and moved through the workflow. I.e., they're sitting in pre-employment but we find out from a business partner the wrong relocation amount was entered. Instead of reverting back to the offer step, in flex we are able to renege and create a new offer right from the pre-employment step.

However, in Fluid, if we renege an offer from the pre-employment step we are not able to create a new offer. Here's the catch, once you renege an offer in any step other than offer, you can't revert back to any prior steps. So essentially at this point the candidate is stuck. The only way to get around this right now is to go into flex and create the offer there. Once flex is no longer an option, we won't have a solve for this.

Howdy, Stranger!
