Is it possible for the PR approver after approved the PR to cancel this PR or PR lines like the requester

Hello,

Kindly  have two questions :-

-Is it possible for the PR approver after approved the PR to cancel this PR or PR lines like the requester knowing that i add the Privilige "Edit requestion" to approver,only the requester can do that.

-if the approver edit the PR,can approve direct or should resubmit again for approval chain after changes.
