Supervisor rating not displaying on Employee's talent profile even after the review is "Complete" status


Competencies are supposed to display in the employee's talent profile, along with the rating the manager (The "Supervisor" in Competencies dropdown) had submitted for each of them in the latest Performance review, as soon as the performance review is updated to a "Complete" status. We are finding that the manager ratings are NOT displaying to the employee on the talent profile even after the performance review is complete. Can anyone help us figure out why this is not displaying as it should? Thank you!
