Skill - Profile Type

Hi,

We want to capture list of skills  for employee and for which we used Skill content section and skill template which is delivered.

Content section properties for label skill requires value set name. For which we created common lookup and tried to add on this field but its not working.

We don't see skill template under item catalog so that we could add the list of skills .

Any inputs/guidance would be helpful.
