Restrict Power user to view Access Control Tile

Hi Team,

We have requirement where in we want to restrict power users to access the Access Control Tile.We have many power users who works above the multiple users. We need them view as well as work for certain reconciliation. Is there any way out where we can create a custom role for power user excluding the privilege to access the Access Control Tile or any other work around to achieve the same.

Any inputs are highly appreciated
