Summary

Changed the Lookup Type for a field and it worked. When we change the Lookup Type for the 2nd, it did not work time, the change is not reflecting

Changed the Lookup Type for a field and it worked. When we change the Lookup Type for the 2nd time, the change is not reflecting in Skills and Qualification page. Only on 1st time change of the Lookup Type, the relevant LOVs show up for that field.

When we changed the Lookup Type 2nd time, it still shows the 1st Lookup LOV
