Position Attributes and their relation with ORC

There are some position attributes like License and Certifications and degress . Do they move to ORC

Hi All,

Attached is a screenshot of the position attributes, like license and certification and degree. I have filled these attributes. My question here is if I use this particular position while creating a requisition in ORC, do these data flow somewhere into ORC. If they do, where exactly?

If they don't , then what's the purpose for these position attributes being defined in the Position Profiles defined within Model Profiles.
