Hi Team,

We had enabled the audit for profile management to track profile items change history (Ref: Doc ID 1917679.1).

While we are testing HRT_PROFILE_ITEMS table getting populated with data but HRT_PROFILE_ITEMS_ audit table was not getting populated.

Kindly let me if any faced same issue, any solution steps please.
