Hi, 

I have followed the guidance for the 20b update 'administration of library goals redesigned' and no 'edit' option appears, only 'edit goal translation'. 

I have the correct feature options in Career Development enabled and the correct profile options enabled. I also have the correct security privileges. 

Any help would be appreciated, thank you.
