Can we use OCI OS management in place of Spacewalk?

I am having two environment PROD and Non-PROD and I want to do OS patching - first in non-prod and later same patches on prod env. Customer is using spacewalk on there on-premise setup and they wants the same way of patching cycle (non prod first, test for two weeks and then same patches on prod). I thought to suggest OS management feature but it seems we can't sync patches and update to multiple environment like in spacwalk.
