Party Usage cannot be deleted through File Import

Hi,

I am using File Import to create and delete party usages on Account. 

For create, it works fine because I can assign the usage code (top-level attribute on account) with PUID.

For delete, it doesn't work given usage code is an attribute on Account level instead of child object level. So, if I include action 'Delete', PUID and usage code in the import job, it will delete Account instead of party usage.

Any idea how to address Delete use case through file import?
