Goal Plan disappeared

Can't figure out why a Goal Plan randomly disappeared

Hi, we have an employee that entered all of her goals in her goal plan, it was approved by her manager but now randomly her goal plan disappeared. Have you experienced this issue? It looks like her eligibility was removed and her goal plan disappeared.

 

Some background that could be helpful to mention:

- She recently had a few permission changes (access granted to Taleo)

- A separate eligibility process was run in a different Organization/group

- Her eligibility was removed somehow?

- There were no recent assignment changes

 

Any thoughts? We are very puzzled.
