Need help understanding what the calculation is behind the seeded formula

 There is a seeded formula for Offer Acceptance rate on the OTBI Dashboards for Recruiting. I have been testing this formula/the percentage the tile shows and it does not seem to match how we have historically tracked Offer Acceptance rate (pre Recruiting cloud implementation). Does anyone know what the calculation is behind the seeded formula?
