Report showing all expense delegates

Looking for a way to find all delegates assigned for expense delegates

There are two ways to create delegates.  (1) Users can assign their delegates themselves, and (2) administrator can assign delegates through Manage Delegates.  Manage delegates has all the assignments any admin created, but it doesn't have those self assigned.

Looking for a way to view all delegations in case there is a routing or assignment question.
