Customizing search results for Positions

Can we customize the search resuts in the position fields in ORC and HCM

Hi All,

We have a requirement in which we have to customize the search results in the position fields in ORC and HCM. In ORC , while creating a requisition from a position , when we search for a position, in the position field,  it returns the results in a certain format ,I have attached the screen shots. This happens in some places in HCM also when we have a position field and try searching for a position . 

Can we customize this search? I mean can we add ore fields to this search , so that when I do a position search I can see some more fields that are returned in the search results. Basically I want to add some more fields here.
