Unable to Process a Scheduled Life Event from Responsive UI

We are trying to process a scheduled life event (Open Enrollment) on an employee from REsponsive UI and we are getting an error


When we try to process the scheduled life event Open Enrollment (life event occurred date 01-Jan-2020) using the Evaluate Life Events option in Responsive UI, we are getting an error indicating that life event mode is incorrect.

Evaluate life events should be able to process both Regular and Scheduled life events as long as the effective date is on or after the life event occurred date.

How can we process the scheduled life events in RUI. I had to use the Batch process to get around this for now.
