How do you find past submitted expense reports


Hello:  We are implementing the Expense module and haven't been able to find where in the module you can "manage expense reports" and get a list of GL posted expense reports, except if they have been audited maybe.  The only idea we had was an inquiry on the credit card vendor in AP.  Does anyone know of other way?
