I am using Benefits category in a Total compensation statement to show various plans employee is enrolled into and associated employee(EE) and employer(ER) contributions. Considering Medical benefits (with 2 plans) ; approach which I have followed is as below -

Row         Plan                                        EE Contribution                                     ER Contribution

1               Medical Plan 1                        XX (element)                                            YY (element)

 2              Medical Plan 4                         ZZ (element)                                            YY (element)

  1. Created a compensation item for both medical plans
  2. Since employee chooses medical plan dynamically system calculates this based on the element entry posted and according value is populated once employee goes from Med plan 1--> Med plan 4.
