Failed with the following message:

The Autonomous Database Operation Failed Due To An Unknown Error. Refer To JobId 154c2847-4a88-4c84-8c16-f48a7712bdc7 And WorkRequestId 8e6aa677-0045-4c83-b322-b6b0cddc3a5e When Opening A Service Request At My Oracle Support.

Tried to open a SR at Oracle Supoort but it states that it is only for paying customers not Always free database?
