Warning when deleting development goal via actions button, but not when selecting the delete button

Hi, 

With regards to development goals, If you delete a development goal from the Actions button then you get a warning message asking if you are sure you want to delete, however if you enter the goal and select the Delete button, there is no warning message, is this the standard functionality?
