Is it possible to configure more than five List Columns in compensation plans?

Hello experts,
Oracle provides five List columns within the worksheet pages configuration section.
However, all these five list columns are not segregated by compensation plans but can be potentially used for all plans.
We are implementing several compensation plans for legal entities of different countries and we should manage ten distinct custom list columns.
Is there a way to add new list columns in addition to those already available in Oracle or is it a standard behavior?
