Purging Candidate data that has been inactive for 12 months - reporting on Candidate data

To comply with GDPR, our client would be looking to purge any candidate applications that have been inactive for 12 months.

We would do this by:

1) Run a Report or extract to get the candidate's ID that has been inactive for 12 months

2) Run a purge process that takes the list of IDs

Would we be able to purge the data and then still be able to report on the candidate data?

If not, is there another way we can do this?

Howdy, Stranger!
