Hi,

We have configured Bereavement and Jury duty absence plans as "Non entitlement" type absence plan and we pay people on the basis of their salary. Now since our go-live I have an issue that inspite of this absence applied and approved there are no payment for these plans in calculate payroll. Oracle provided me below response but wanted to confirm if it is true that "No entitlement type" plans cannot be used for payments.

he reason no payment is calculating appears to be because this absence plan is set up as "No Entitlement"
A "No Entitlement" plan always passes the entitlement factor as 0 to payroll, as payment percentage is by default 0.
