Industry Standards for WOTC Tax Credit Questionnaire
SummaryLooking for what others are doing related to WOTC?
We currently have the WOTC Questionnaire configured within the initial candidate application. Understanding that there are a few options such as:
1. Leave WOTC in the initial Application
2. Set it up within a 2nd Pass Type Invitation
3. Have it setup within the Onboarding (Transitions) Process
We are wanting to find out what is common practice among others and if there is an industry standard that once Onboarding is implemented that the WOTC is normally moved over to that side of the house?
