Hello Experts!

We integrated B2B Service & Field Service. The configuration was a success however during testing we are unable to create a new Work Order because the work area is grayed out and we are getting "No work order area exists in Field Service for the postal code selected. Select an address that has a postal code that's supported in Field Service. (SVC-5295196)"

We coordinated with Field Service and a work area is already assigned to the postal code of our test data.

Anyone experienced this before? How can we further troubleshoot this when there is no visibility to the point-to-point integration between B2B Service and field Service?
