Hi,

I'm testing the new features of 20 B release. Among them there is the possibility to choose the communication preferences for the external candidates (they can choose to receive communications by email, SMS, or both). However, although in the 'What's new' document, I read that no configuration is necessary to enable this feature, when I try to apply a candidate in the external career site, I still do not have the possibility to choose the communication preferences. Hope someone has some suggestions about this topic.
