In the screenshot attached, how is this 'School Name' field was configured so that it was an “auto-suggest” field that also accepted any value (even if not on the list)?  Is this something that can be configured for other fields in Education, License/Certification, Work Experience? (As it was configured in another project).

Also, I am making the assumption that for reporting you would get whatever value was either selected or typed in.  Do the “typed in” values get added to the drop-down automatically?
