Question Template and Questionnaire.

Are Question Template and Questionnaire are mainly used for creating interview feedback (or to collect feedback)? 

In the question template, it allows me to ADD PRESCREENING questions (both classified as prescreening Questions added by User or Automatically).  And I understood that this Question Template will be the basis for creating a Questionnaire (Recruiting candidate experience > Candidate Job Applications > Questionnaire)

When I create a requisition, the questionnaire is not available in the list of (internal or external prescreening questions).  As what I can see are individual prescreening questions created from the library.

 

Does it mean that Question Template and Questionnaire - are intended for Interview Feedback? --> Questionnaire the consist of questions classified as Interview Feedback.
