Inactive Payment documents are showing up in Payment Process Profiles and PPP Templates

Hi Experts, 

In Manage Bank accounts -- I updated a payment document to Inactive. 

When i access 

Manage Payment Process Profiles window or Manage Payment Process Profile Templates window -- I could still see the Payment documents with inactive status for selection. 

I am wondering why inactive payment documents are showing up in the list ?  Please suggest am i  missing any configuration or process after inactivating Payment document ?
