Hi All,

I am trying to build a Headcount Summary Report in BIP to achieve the below results,

Head Count Summary    
 Head count for [Previous Month]   ****
 Additions - New Hires   ****
 Leavers - Separations   ****
 Head count for [Current Month]   0

Any pointers/Sample query on the same is highly appreciated!
