After you run a plan, view the exceptions to understand the quality of the plan and to get visibility of key problem areas. You can focus on key exceptions to understand their root causes. From the exceptions tables, you can drill down to other plan views for more details into the problem areas. After taking actions to resolve exceptions, run the plan again to evaluate whether the plan is now acceptable.

Oracle provides several predefined exceptions that the Supply Chain Planning processes compute after you run a plan. View these exceptions to identify problem areas in the plan that might need your attention. To view a list of the exceptions, open your plan and then open the Exceptions table.
