When viewing salary, there is an adjustment percent shown. Does anyone know what this is based on/how it's calculated? Is it based on the annualized FTE salary from the prior salary to the current? I'm seeing 0% when the base salary (salary amount) of an employee was changed  and for this case it was due to the FTE changing. The annualized comes out the same but the base is different. We do not use components for salary so that is not a factor for us.
