There is a Program 'Import Sales Orders in High Volume'  apart from the Import Sales Orders .

Is the file template to load data into interface table same for both of these above programs?

Can I use the same template used for "Import Sales Orders" program for using the Import Sales Orders in High Volume program?

I understand while loading interface with Load Interface File for import I have to choose this program name.   But is everything else the same?
