Looking for capability to commnunicate FYI for PO related changes to Requestor

We have a test case as below and would appreciate a feasibility/How to 

1.Requestor creates Requisitions and once approved turned into PO.

2.PO moves up for acknowledgement by supplier.

3.Supplier submits a Schedule change/Price change or related quantity changes/split.

4.Buyer reviews the change Order and contacts Requestor to confirm acceptability of the changes.

Looking for a way to have Requestors input enabling Buyer to process the change Order, at minimum I am wondering if there is an option to send FYI notifications of the Supplier/Buyer communications to Requestor.
