Archive Periodic Payroll Results - two records when process run

If employee has two transaction processes in a pay period, should the archive run twice?

Hello,

Just wondering if this is normal behaviour?

Employee has a balance adjustment and an calculate payroll for the same date.

When the Archive Periodic Payroll Results is run, two records show up in the process results.
