Getting error while creating a rest end point using Select from catalog- Oracle Cloud Application

Hi , 

I am getting the below error while creating a rest end point using Select from catalog- Oracle Cloud Application :

There was an error while fetching ADFm minimal and full describe from vb-catalog://backends/fa/fscmRestApi/resources/latest/describe.

This error comes as soon as I click on oracle cloud application and search for rest services to select from begins.

I have attached screenshot for reference. 

The existing fusion services are working fine but I wanted to use service from catalog option.

Kindly help me on this.
