Internal Candidate - Move to HR Phase

Hi,

I would like to "Promote" an employee thanks to ORC.

I follow this process :

  • The candidate applies as internal candidate
  • The Recruiter moves the candidate in different phase until "Offer phase", create the offer, extend the offer to the internal candidate.
  • The candidate accept the offer
  • Then, I move the candidate to HR phase.
  • The candidate is identified below this status: HR - Pending Manual Processing

The description of this status found on My Oracle Support : This is the state where internal candidates arrive, after being moved to HR either manually or automatically. This state was previously named To Be Processed. The HR specialist processes these internal candidates from this state through the HR flow to create the new record.

Howdy, Stranger!
